To give you the best experience, we partner with multiple fulfillment providers. Because of this, some items ship from within the United States, and others ship directly from overseas (including partners in China). Shipping times and delivery methods differ depending on where your item is fulfilled from.



Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking info when available.



Fulfillment & Shipping Timeframes


📦 U.S. Fulfilled Items

These items are stocked and shipped from within the United States.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.


📦 International / China Fulfilled Items

Some products are printed or fulfilled overseas and shipped directly to your customer’s address.

Shipping timelines vary depending on the method used:

Express / Special Line: ~5–10 days after processing.

Standard International: Up to ~25–30 days.

These estimates are based on averages and do not include production time, which varies by product.


If your order includes multiple items that come from different fulfillment locations, they may arrive separately.



Shipping Methods & Tracking

We use a combination of international shipping services tailored for speed and cost.

Tracking is provided for most shipped orders. For some overseas shipments, carrier tracking may update slowly until it reaches the destination country.



Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on the destination country.

We are not responsible for these fees once the package leaves our fulfillment centers.

US Domestic: ~3–7 business days

Express International / Special Line: ~5–15 business days

Standard International: ~20–30 business days

Address Accuracy


Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Returned packages due to wrong address details may incur additional shipping fees.



Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for lost or stolen shipments.

Contact the carrier first, then us if you need help tracking your order.



Delays & Exceptions


Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

customs and security checks

incorrect delivery information

high-volume shipping periods


(our partners) state that they can’t guarantee delivery dates and aren’t responsible for delays beyond the estimate.
